Nomination procedures for the Hall of Fame

Each year the National Director will present three names to the Senate for consideration. The senate will not be limited to or bound by those suggestions.

Each year, at the National Event, the senate will, by majority vote nominate no less than one nor more than three Hall of Fame candidates as official nominees for that year. 

All members of the Senate including manufacture representatives will cast their votes. The nominees that receive a majority vote will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. 

Basic criteria is considered but not limited to:
- Overall Sportsmanship
- Pride in the sport of H.O. Racing
- Innovation and Technology
- Top placement at the National Championships
- Community support related to slot car racing
