Pre-Order Policy
 

What is a pre-order?

Simply put, a pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. We need to do this keep cost low and get the best possible price for your product. We cannot afford to sit on piles and piles of inventory. This would only increase costs and in turn is not in the best interest of the HOPRA organization. Merchandise sales proceeds go to support Annual HOPRA National Championships and increase membership benefits.

Am I guaranteed to get an item within a reasonable timeframe?

Yes and No, when an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. We could have extra in stock however we may not. This will depend on demand. We order the merchandise when we have enough to order quantities that establish a better price (refer to the above). Delivery is guaranteed by the National Event date. However we do not estimate it taking that long. When quantity limit has been reached we notify you that the order has been placed. When the product arrives we will ship to you via USPS Priority Mail and you will also be notified when it ships. 
 

Do you charge my credit card at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

If you add additional items prior to us shipping the original product, we will ship all items together. Shipping fee will still apply to all orders regardless delivery method. NOTE: paying by PayPal requires the full amount to be paid upfront.

Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order once an item is received?
We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We process and ship orders as fast as we can.
