- National Event PreRegistration -
Event Preregistraion policy
Preregistration requires a commitment and dedication and for that we Thank You! We are proud to offer a special discount to current members who choose to preregister early. With that said we also need some guidelines to ensure we can provide quality National events in the future.
The National Event is available for preregistration online and for current HOPRA members ONLY (current meaning as of the first day of the event). The host of the National Event will NOT accept preregistrations. Entries at the event will be regular price. We only accept PayPal for online payments. PayPal account is not required to make a payment. See PayPal website for more information. When you click "Agree and Continue" button at the bottom of this screen you agree to the all the policies outlined on this page. PayPal charges a fee to accept payments and it take time to process registrations hence the need for such a policy.

- REFUND POLICY -
Event Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend for any reason you will be refunded the total registration fee less $30.00 only if you notify HOPRA in writing by June 1st prior to the event date listed on the HOPRA website. All written cancellations must be sent to the National Director at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your HOPRA membership will be extended 1 (one) additional year.
If you cancel after June1st of the year of the event, your HOPRA membership will be renewed for one additional year for every $15.00 pre-paid less $20.00. Note: Pre-paid amount will be calculated based on standard entry fee amounts.
HOPRA reserves the right to reschedule an event at its sole discretion. If an event is rescheduled, your registration will be valid for the rescheduled event date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date HOPRA will issue a refund less PayPal fees and an additional $15 Your HOPRA membership will be extend 1 (one) additional year.
Prize Bag Policy
In order to receive a prize bag, you must attend the event, and pick up the prize bag onsite. HOPRA is unable to send or provide prize bags at a later date if you are unable to attend the event. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Membership is required to race, not to attend the event. Make sure you review your shopping cart before you check out. If you pre-register for an event in error you can change it at the event, additional fees may apply. If you are present at the event and you preregistered but you do not participate in a particular race, no refunds will be issued.
